SubFormal brings job opportunities from international organizations together in one place. We collect vacancies from different organizations, present them in a consistent format, and turn long, formal announcements into short, readable summaries. The original vacancy always remains the source of truth, with a direct link to the full announcement and application.

SubFormal also adds something that is usually missing from a job board: a place around the vacancy itself. People can ask questions, exchange information and discuss opportunities. Organizations can be present too — publishing their vacancies, providing their own summaries and information, and taking part in the conversation.

For you, this means one place to discover and understand opportunities across many organizations, without having to navigate dozens of recruitment websites or decipher every announcement from scratch. You can read the essentials, discuss the vacancy, and then apply directly with the organization.

There is also a deliberate limit to what SubFormal does. We are not building a database of candidates. We do not ask for your CV, employment history, education, skills, job preferences or salary expectations. We do not build a profile of your interests from the vacancies you browse, and we do not sell candidate profiles or candidate data to employers.
